For best results, I recommend taking or finding a picture that is close up to your pet with its face completely uncovered. Pictures taken at eye level of your pet (not from above) with bright natural lighting are the best option. Try not to select pictures where your pet is moving, playing or laying down. Best poses are when your pet is sitting or standing.

Try to choose pictures with the best natural light possible. For indoor pictures try to be at a room with good natural light. Flash will probably change the colors of your pet eyes which is not recommended.

If for some reason I need another picture, I'll notify you within one business day and work with you in finding a picture that will work.
