Since every design is completely customized is very common to have doubts about the process. You'll find all information you need on this website. If you have further questions don't hesitate to contact me. You can send me an email and I will reply to your questions within one business day!
Once you have made your purchase I'll contact you within 24hrs regarding the details of your portrait. Such as the required photos, colors, name of the pet or pets, special graphics like feathers, flowers, leaves, crowns, etc.
Once everything is set I'll start working on your design.
All portraits are completely customised, so it will take me about 7-14 days to finish your design.
I will send you the design and wait for your feedback. I offer unlimited revisions until you love your design. I will work on all your editing indications until you are 100% satisfied with the result.
Once you are happy with your design I will send you the high quality resolution file by email.
